
Inspection
- Inspection of property and provide report to association’s
Board of Directors
- Conduct daily property inspections to check progress of any work
underway, and determine if there have been any overnight changes in
the property
- Respond to routine maintenance service requests within 24 hours
Contractual Services
- Procure and contract for outside service as necessary (trash, lawn
maintenance, snow removal, custodial, extermination, etc.), and supervise
to assure contract fulfillment
- Assist or prepare contractual specifications as required
Supplies and Equipment
- Purchase necessary supplies and equipment
Preventive Maintenance Scheduling
- Inspect equipment
- Maintain operational records and manuals
