The Process:

- Payments are made via PayPal. (More Help)
- If you already have a PayPal account, this makes this process easier and funds can come directly from your bank account.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using a credit card. After Payment you will have the option to setup an account for future transactions.

This is the only step you need if your residence & billing address match.
