Mario Lloyde, Partner
Mario is the chief operating officer whose responsibilities include all aspects of the daily operation of the company’s portfolio. He has an extensive background in the real estate industry with over fifteen (15) years of experience working in varied management capacities within the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mario is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), a tax credit specialist, and a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. Mario is also a licensed general contractor.
Sam Lowery, Partner
Sam as the chief executive officer and is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He has been in the real estate property management business for thirty (30) years. Sam earned a Master of Arts degree in Urban Planning and Public Policy Analysis from Morgan State University. He is a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM), a Tax Credit Specialist an associate member of the Community Associations Institute, District of Columbia licensed property manager a HUD certified Uniformed Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) Inspector, and a former Army officer, and Viet Nam veteran.
